Job Title: Process Mining Senior Consultant

 

Location: London but hybrid working

 

My client an award winning consulting firm that specializes in digital transformation is looking to build out its process excellence capability  They are seeking a talented and experienced Process Mining Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Process Mining Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping their clients optimize their business processes using advanced process mining techniques and technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Client Engagement

– Lead and facilitate workshops with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.

– Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

 

  1. Process Mining Analysis:

– Utilize advanced process mining tools and techniques to analyze and visualize client processes.

– Extract insights from process data and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.

 

  1. Solution Design:

– Develop and propose process improvement solutions based on process mining findings.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized processes.

 

  1. Implementation and Integration:

– Guide clients through the implementation of process improvements, ensuring successful integration into their existing systems.

– Collaborate with IT teams to integrate process mining solutions with client’s technology landscape.

 

  1. Client Training

– Provide training sessions to clients on process mining tools and methodologies.

– Ensure clients have the necessary knowledge to sustain and enhance process improvements over time.

 

  1. Continuous Improvement:

– Stay updated on the latest advancements in process mining and related technologies.

– Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and evolve our process mining consulting services.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proficiency in any process mining tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
