JOB TITLE: PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

CONTRACT TYPE: FULL TIME, PERMANENT LOCATION: LONDON, UK/HYBRID

 

My client a Financial Times award winning and leading IT strategy consultancy, who are passionate about making a difference by solving complex client problems in an inclusive environment is looking for a Principal to run apart of their transformation division

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Principal Consultant, you will design and lead our major IT and Digital Transformation programmes including but not limited to:

IT and digital strategy

Innovation strategy, ideation and delivery

Transformation programme design and execution

Senior executive advisory

Target operating model design and implementation

Agile transformation design, coaching and delivery.

Strategy and implementation of technology solutions

Sourcing strategy and tender execution

 

You will also manage and develop key accounts and help drive new business as well as own and lead internal initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for individual development and play an essential role in evolving members of the team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage our major IT and digital transformation programmes

Manage and develop key accounts, and drive new business across your portfolio

Build client relationships

Own and lead internal organisational initiatives

Mentor and grow members of the team

REQUIREMENTS

At least 7 years’ experience in management consultancy

Expert knowledge and proven experience implementing IT strategy and digital transformation programmes

5 years’ experience mentoring and managing teams

Project management skills

Experience in agile delivery

Experience building and developing client relationships

Ability to manage and develop key accounts and drive new business for account growth and client value

Demonstrable ability to meet objectives that are aligned with overall business needs

Passion for IT and digital trends

Knowledge and understanding of best practice in IT and Digital transformation implementations

Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as a lead for a team

Proficient using Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
