Senior Product Manager – Authentication and ID&V Products

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Authentication and Identity Verification (ID&V) products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these technologies, a strong data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to drive product success from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for Authentication and ID&V products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Leverage data and business insights to identify strategic priorities and drive decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings.

Customer-Centric Approach:

• Champion the voice of the customer in all product development activities.
• Balance immediate customer needs with long-term opportunities to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.

End-to-End Product Management:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Ensure all key components are in place for product success, including technical, operational, and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of product management experience, with a focus on Authentication and ID&V products.
• – Proven track record of leveraging data and business insights to drive product strategy and execution.
• Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to balance immediate needs and future opportunities.
• Structured and diligent thinker with an end-to-end understanding of product development.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proactive approach to collaboration and stakeholder management.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring others and simplifying complex concepts. Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus.
